Vampires subsist by feeding on the life essence (generally in the form of blood) of living creatures, regardless of whether they are undead or a living person/being. Vampirism and the Vampire lifestyle also represent a relevant part of modern day's occultist movements. The myths of the vampire, his magical qualities, allure, and predatory archetype express a strong symbolism that can be used in ritual, energy work, and magic, and can even be adopted as a spiritual system. The vampire has been part of the occult society in Europe for centuries and has spread into the American sub-culture as well for more than a decade, being strongly influenced by and mixed with the neo gothic aesthetics. Sanguine vampires, or Sanguinarians, are people who gain their energy from either human or animal blood. A psychic vampire is a person or being who feeds off the "life force" of other living creatures. A related form of psychic vampirism is known as sexual vampirism, where one is said to be able to feed off sexual energy.

Gangrel are the product of a Vampire and a Lycan, they are loners and wanderers rarely accepted by either Lycans or Vampires. They can go for years at a time without encountering another member of their own clan, much less another Vampire or Lycan. They are attuned to the natural world and prefer their solitude far from the hustle and bustle of modern civilization where they can live and hunt in peace. As isolationists they have become very self-reliant and while that means there may not be any allies around should a Gangrel find himself in a predicament, they are less likely to need help. Such a basic and primal existence brings the Gangrel into a close relationship with their inner Beast.

 

A cambion is most often depicted as the offspring of an incubus and a human woman. At birth, the infant has no pulse and no breath. This continues until the child is about seven years old, where it becomes increasingly difficult to differentiate one from a human. A cambion is usually devilishly cunning and angelically beautiful, able to persuade even the most strong-hearted individual to do his or her bidding.

A Dhampir is the child of a vampire father and a human mother. The term is sometimes spelled dhampyre, dhamphir, or dhampyr. Dhampir powers are similar to those of vampires, but without the usual weaknesses. Dhampirs are supposed to be adept at detecting and killing vampires.

 

Lycan inspiration comes from the nocturnal side. They like to stay up as late as possible....well they are Lycan, so of course they like the night, just as well as vampires do. Yes vampires are real, but not the kind you see in movies, they are actually very spiritual beings as well.                                 Yes a lycans worst enemy, all because of a horrid past, back when vampires enslaved the lycans... very depressing... but once the lycans started to fight back, it got hmmm how should it be said, ugly? Yes it got ugly, and the hatred for one another still goes on for some. Not all vampires are bad, as not all lycans are good.

Wargs are an evil breed of demonic wolves, suggesting that evil spirits inhabited them. The origin of the breed is said to have been created by the mating of a demon with a female wolf. There is little known about the Warg other than they are said to be sentient beings and have their own dialect to communicate only with each other.

Halfbloods are the product of a Lycan and a Human. It is said that if the Lycan was in the “wolf” form at the time of the mating the offspring will have more Lycan characteristics, if not then the offspring will have more human characteristics.
